How to Order Our Counted Cross Stitch Patterns
We sell our counted cross stitch patterns in two formats.

Electronic Format - Complete Cross Stitch Pattern will be e-mailed to you in a PDF which you can print out.

Printed Paper Format - We will print out the cross stitch pattern for you and send it to you via regular postal mail. Prices for printed format option include shipping. To keep our printed pattern prices down, regular computer paper is used.

About Our Counted Cross Stitch Patterns
After putting a lot of thought and consideration into it, we have decided to offer all of our counted cross stitch designs in electronic format as well as printed paper format.
Electronic Patterns - What Will You Receive ?
Our electronic counted cross stitch patterns are exactly the same as any printed paper patterns you purchase. The only difference is that YOU print them out. Instead of us having the patterns printed and snail mailed to you, we e-mail you the complete counted cross stitch pattern, and you print it out at home.

How Will your Cross Stitch Pattern be Delivered to You?
Within 24 hours of receiving your payment, we will send your purchased counted cross stitch pattern/s to you electronically via e-mail. We use Adobe PDF's for our electronic cross stitch patterns so you will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Adobe Reader is a free program. You can download it here. http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/
Just click on the little "Get Adobe Reader" graphic and that will take you to the download page. Again, this is a FREE program. Most people have it installed on their computers already so be sure to check.

If you have not received your purchased cross stitch pattern within 48 hours of submitting payment, please e-mail me. This probably means that your e-mail program is blocking our e-mails. Our e-mails might even be ending up in your spam folder so be sure to check that as well.
Shipping Information
There is no shipping costs when you purchase an electronic counted cross stitch pattern since the pattern is delivered to you via e-mail in PDF format.
Shipping is FREE with any purchase.
Payment Information
We accept credit cards and debit cards via PayPal as well as money orders. If you are ordering outside of Canada and wish to pay with a money order, please be sure to send an INTERNATIONAL money order. We cannot cash US money orders within Canada.
PayPal is quickly becoming the web's most popular method of sending and receiving payments. It offers fantastic security and is very easy to use, which is why we have chosen PayPal for all credit card and debit card transactions. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via this method. And, you don't have to sign up for anything.
